Join your SMART friends this Spring in beautiful Branson, Missouri for the Branson Spring Caravan. We're in the early planning phase establishing our entertainment and venues for our exciting week. As we confirm and establish these events more information will be published. We're limited to 20 RVs so now is the perfect time to fill out your application.

Instructions

You must be sponsored by a SMART member and be ineligible to join SMART in order to use this registration.
You will be placed on the waitlist until we are within 180 days of the start of this caravan.

Sign the liability release and mail this form to: SMART HQ, 114 Duxbury Av, Molino, FL 32577.
Deposit: A minimum of $280.00 will be submitted with this application: $80 Administrative Fee, and $200 Deposit. The Administrative Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable unless you do not clear the waitlist, or the caravan is cancelled by SMART. The deposit will be credited toward the caravan cost. The deposit is fully refundable if you do not go on the caravan.
If you accept a position on the go-list, you will be required to join SMART as an Auxiliary member by paying the $65 membership fee.
Caravan Payments: $280 upon application; 50% by November 02, 2025; and full payment by February 02, 2026.
You will receive an email from SMART@SmartRVing.org when this form is received at SMART HQ.
The email will contain a link to complete the registration process.

For services rendered to/received by those signed below, in their participation of the SMART activity named above, the undersigns hereby releases, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SMART Inc, all officers, directors, employees, agents and their successors and assigns from all liabilities, injuries, obligations, claims, demands, losses, damages, judgments, penalties, expenses and disbursements, including reasonable attorney’s fee of any kind and nature arising out of, or in any way related to the activity listed above. SMART is NOT responsible for the actions of any participating company, or agent, regarding their role in organizing, planning, or for any other service they may provide for the benefit of the named person or activity.
