Are you looking for an RV Caravan to enrich your travel experience at an unbelievably low price? SMART RV Caravans have helped our members save hundreds on exciting adventures throughout North America. We work hard to provide distinctive and creative trips. Our reputation speaks for us. Year after year, we see returning members on our caravans and they usually talk other members into joining in on the fun.

SMART Members: Friends or family members who are not eligible to join SMART may participate in a caravan, in their own rig, provided the caravan has not been filled by SMART members. You will need to sign up for the caravan and sponsor them. They must use the “Non-Member Registration” button shown on each caravan to begin the process and include your name and member number. They will be waitlisted until 180 days prior to the start. Contact SMART HQ for questions/additional information.

The caravan will start on May 2, 2026 and end on May 11, 2026

Over approximately 45-days, we will visit bucket list places like Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Little Bighorn, Grand Tetons, Yellowstone, Badlands, Black Hills, Theodore Roosevelt National Park, Devil's Tower, Wall Drug, Custer State Park, and more.

Towns to be explored will include Jackson Hole, Medora, Sturgis, Deadwood, Sioux Falls, Rapid City, Helena, Butte, Billings, and Great Falls. We'll see a rodeo, experience a chuckwagon supper and show, visit the biggest open copper mine pit in the world, take a float trip down the Snake River, marvel at Prairie Dog Town, learn about Kevin Costner's Dances with Wolves film set and Tatanka Buffalo Museum, take an old time train ride, experience a pitchfork barbecue, tour a bear center, watch Old Faithful blow, and stand on the richest hill in the world.

Get ready for the trip of a lifetime!

After Niagara Falls, we'll travel to Herkimer, NY where we will ride on the Erie Canal and mine for diamonds. Then we will go to Lake George, NY where we will tour Fort William Henry Museum. Then on to Colchester, VT to tour the Shelburne Museum, have dinner on the Spirit of Ethen Allen, and visit an apple farm. Then we will move close to Stowe, VT to take a Gondola ride to the highest point in Vermont, visit the Vonn Trapp family lodge, and Ben & Jerry's ice cream factory.

Along the way we will see beautiful fall leaves and some covered bridges. In New Hampshire we will ride the Mt. Washington Cog Railway and the Conway Scenic Railroad. Then on to Maine where we will visit the L.L. Bean Factory Store, enjoy some lobster, and visit the Maine Cabin Masters Store. Then we move to Cape Cod, MA where we will go on a whale watching cruise, tour a Cranberry bog, and see where the Pilgrims landed.

Our final visit will be Mystic, Connecticut where we'll spend the day at the entertaining and interesting Mystic Seaport Museum and visit Groton Submarine Force Museum. Our final farewell dinner will be a seafood feast in Mystic Connecticut. We are limited to 18 RV's so now is the time to send in your Caravan application.
